📌 कॉपी और गवाह से वसीयत साबित करना / Step 2: Proving the Will Using Copies and Witnesses

हिंदी: वसीयत की कॉपी, ड्राफ्ट या नोटरी रिकॉर्ड रखें। इसे सेकंडरी एविडेंस माना जा सकता है। गवाहों का बयान वसीयत साबित करने में अहम होता है।
English: Keep a photocopy, draft, or notary record of the Will. Under the Indian Evidence Act, these can be accepted as Secondary Evidence. Witnesses’ testimony is crucial to prove the Will.

📌 प्रॉबेट याचिका दायर करना / Step 3: Filing a Probate Petition

हिंदी: अगर संपत्ति पर विवाद है या कानूनी मान्यता चाहिए तो जिला न्यायालय में प्रॉबेट याचिका दाखिल करें।

English: If there is a property dispute or legal recognition is required, file a Probate Petition in the District Court.
